Murphey's Law is a bitch

So Joey and i were having a rockin good time out on Lake Hartwell

fun times dock jumping, wake boarding, tubing, and what not..

his mom made dinner... and we were off to the hot tub... a perfect day..

followed by one of the worse days in my life.

Sunday Joey thought was a good time to take the jet skis out and teach me the ways of the water, well of course in true Jazzy like fashion after receiving a 3-5 minute tutorial i am OF COURSE a pro.. and flying through the water at 50-60 MPH

little did i know...60 miles an hour over calm waters and then wave waters.. were not to be compared...

all there is to know. is we bounced higher and higher.. and then off,
which would not have been so bad, had my face not crashed into a stick somewhere in the water when i hit,

Joey comes up laughing, looks over at blood gushing from my head, and then the fun and games are over.. we rushed out to the ER, where i was given a head scan to make sure i hadnt broken any bones in my face. The damage: 13 stitches on the side of my face and on my eyelid, and the biggest blackeye this side of the mason dixon line.

you think that after a day like that, it couldnt get worse. me too
but God was holding another set of cards.

upon returning to joeys to get my car, as soon as i pull out of his driveway, the axil boot on my car falls off, and my car skids on three wheels for about 12 feet.
this is just FANFUCKINGTASTIC... unable to get a tow truck out that night we just leave it and decide to call it a night. and get back to it in the morning..

we wake up in the morning to see that apparently the cops have a hookup with a tow company because they had no problems getting it towed.
so i had to pay to get it from the empound and then again to get it fixed..

current status: well a week later my face is healing up nicely and my car is STILL in the shop, which i think is costing somewheres around $800 to get fixed.

but its all good "God does not give you more than you can handle"
i live within walking distance of school, and i have some of the best friends in the world, who remind me of the important things in life.

Summer's almost over, what have i done?

So... summer is almost over, for me anyways, Fall semester is starting in 12 days... and
then i spose its back to the grind.

Last summer will still be considered my best summer to date, but i still had fun this year

i think i grew alot, and learned about myself... and thats almost more important than all the parties, and pool days and whatnot.

Spent six weeks in NYC ... working and running around with all my crazy friends...

Summer Tour is going well...

Leave for New York this Friday..

i Dunno just thought it would be interesting... even for me

-i sometimes leave my phone in another room while i sleep so i have a reason to get OUT of bed the next morning..
-My dog loves to eat dry leaves....... and i let him
-i never want to live alone
-i enjoy being six feet two inches tall
-its not that i don't want to wear make-up ( i just don't know how)
-whenever i see an ambulance rushing by, i always say alittle prayer for whoever is inside
-every time i go to wal-mart i go to look at the missing persons board (if i had a missing child, i would want people to take a second to at least look at the picture)
-i force myself to read books, other than textbooks
-all my life accomplishments are gifts to my mother, if she ever dies, i will have no one to succeed for
-sometimes i get so busy i don't eat for days.. and i kinda like it
-i'm afraid of having ugly children
-The first cd i bough when i was 12 was Britney Spears' Baby One More Time.. and i would play it on repeat and dance around my room..

Had the opening of the art show last night.
Fun times a buncha people came out.

SLOPPY SECONDS 4.14

After driving around atlanta... for nearly 20 extra minutes after passing The Royal the first time, i finally made it to the Sloppy Seconds party...

it was alot of fun......
and those who knew what was up were unscathed by the torrential downpours going on outside.

Long story short.. i danced my ass off... and got all gross and sweaty in true sloppy like fashion...

i think i got ruffied...somehow...

i dont know the night was going fine..
then i came home went to bed.. and didnt wake up till 4pm!!!!!!!!!!!

that dosnt happen to me....
for me to sleep past 12.. is a bad thing....

so that pretty much summed up my sunday...sleeping it more than half away...

its all good im fine now.......one for the team i guess (what a waste of a ruffie for me to just go home to my sick pup).....

ps.. what the FUCK is going on with this weather...please tell me why i was wearing a wool sweater.. in april.. in fucking GEORGIA!....

Not Enough

Who knew there was a such thing as too much ambition
there are just so many many things i wanna do in life... my mind never rests

Not enough hours in the day to research and plan it all
not enough days in the week to get it all together
and not enough days in my life.. to possibly complete.. them all

my problem... is i see someone doing something.. and my first reaction is..
im almost positive i can do it .. better.. or differently..

whether it is:

BARTENDING
PROMOTING
ARCHITECTURE
RUNNING A BAR
TRAVELING
BACKPACKING
GRAPHIC DESIGN
CAR COLLECTING
FRONTING A BAND

it all just frustrates me to no end
i cant keep up with my own thoughts... and ambitions..
i will never in a lifetime be able to fully commit to all of these things..
so why do i break my ass.. to be mediocre at 100 different talents and occupations..
if i had the answer i spose ide be out doing that and not in here...typing it out..

i guess this is just part of my character/personality....
i have no idea where it stems from .... but i have no choice but to embrace it and all the frustration it breeds..
and so it goes...

this i my life.....
and i wouldnt change it for the world....

Ambiguous

So because of my need to be discret and not offend or start drama with certain people this post is going to appear very ambiguous.. but stay with me

Sometimes i am happy with my life and the way it is going
It is all how i planned and everything that is or has happened i pictured at one point of time

But sometimes things happen in your life that you never in a million years forsaw
things that change your life (unwantedly sp?)
things that change the way you see the world around you, people,and yourself...

What do you do when this happens?

Do you ignore it and continue down the path you had set out for yourself
or do you stop take a second to look around and actually examine what it is that is happening to you...?

If you know me then you probably know which one i will choose...

I beleive that all people come into your life for a reason and a specific time.
you must be able to see who has fulfilled their purpose
and who still has more to teach you,
if you can do this, you can easily identify who you still need around you and who you dont

My family puts the FUN in dysFUNctional

Went to Universal Studios with the fam this past weekend..

mom,bro,lil sis,bros two daughters,and his "girlfriend" (i will refrain from saying what i really think about her out of common courtesy)...[although if you've talked to me in real life you probably already know]

for starters the seven hour drive took us about 9..


with a 5,6 and 7 year old.. and their thimble sized bladders...


my brother and i got in a huge screaming match in the van.. upon arriving in orlando
my mom starts crying..(she tends to do this alot) and says we are gonna go back home...
so we were basically forced to "kiss and make up" for the sake of the kids..
neither of us know exactly how serious she was about going back home though

there is only so much lionelle richie... i can listen to though.. before... i tend to go madd..

it was your typical amusement park trip..
stood in some lines
rode some rides
walked alot
took some cheesy pictures
drank some $4 sodas and ate some $5 popcorn

after dinner didnt get back to the resort..
till round ... 12...
then we headed out the next morning...
the end...

nothing earth shattering or even.. that interesting... (if you wernt there)..
